DELIVERY POLICY
If you would like to pick up an order or have one delivered on a day not listed during checkout, please contact us directly by phone or email to place your order.
We offer delivery to customers within 20 miles of our address. Deliveries are completed by a staff driver or via delivery service.
Due to the perishable nature of our gifts and the security policies of many bases, we're unfortunately unable to deliver to military installations.
REFUND POLICY
We Dip takes pride in ensuring that products are of the highest quality. Our perishable custom-made goods cannot be returned, but should an incorrect order or damaged goods be received, please take a photo and contact us immediately.
